Coconut (Nariyal) Laddus are yummy and easy to make. Generally made during festivals like Diwali, Holi, Ganesh Chaturthi or you can make them anytime you want.
Coconut Laddus can be made in many ways- for ex.
1. Using White Chocolate
2. Using Condensed Milk
3. With Homemade Khoya
4. Shahi khaskhas coconut laddus
5. Pan flavoured coconut laddus
6. Rose flavoured coconut laddus
7. Orange flavoured coconut laddus
8. Mango coconut laddus
And many more
Here I am sharing using white chocolate method. Others are also available on my blog.
Ingredients for approximately 20 pieces normal size
1. White Chocolate - 200 gm
2. Dry coconut powder 150 gm (Keep 3-4 spoons separately for rolling)
3. Almonds for topping
4. 1 tablespoon Melt butter
Method for Preparation-
Shelf Life-
When refrigerated it can be consumed for 4-5 days.
Tips -
1. Chocolate should not be overheated.
2. Toppings can be done with cherry or tutti fruity.

4. 1 tablespoon Melt butter
Method for Preparation-
- Take 200 gm white chocolate in microwave safe bowl and heat it for 30-40 seconds.
- Take the bowl out and stir the melted chocolate with spoon. In case the chocolate is not properly melted microwave again for 5-10 seconds.
- Add dry coconut powder (keeping 3-4 spoons separate) in the bowl with melt chocolate.
- Stir and Make a good mixture.
- Apply butter in your palms and make round shape laddu.
- Spread remaining coconut powder in a plate and roll the laddus over the powder one by one so that proper coating is applied on each laddu.
- Split almond in two pieces with knife. Put one piece of almond on each laddu for topping.
- Serve them in a plate or place them in a muffin liner.
